Kelsi Haberman is a Louisville Kentucky based artist . After experiencing homelessness first hand they were frustrated with the lack of action towards helping a community in need. This led them to use art as a form of activism and a call to action from the local area. Their work explores the relationship between the angst of human rights and current capitalism. Their installations are characterize using everyday objects found in local neighborhoods, and  then are put in an atmosphere of middleclass mentality in which recognition plays an important role.
